Album cover for the "Le Décor" Album CD by Stefie Shock, scanned by me (Tchernomush), uploaded through the Fair Use because :

1. it is a low resolution copy of a CD cover;
2. it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the CD in any way;
3. copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the CD artwork on another CD.
