  • don't add content if the risk to mess up the article due to my language skills is likely

I'm still testing it and are not sure if it complies with all WP policies or does violate WP restrictions wich I don't know of. If that is the case or the program is malfunctioning please tell me and I will shut of the version wich I distributed to prevent any harm. In such a case you can also delete the number I placed the lowest on my userpage wich will shutdown all versions I distributed till now. The program can be found here

I created it because I believe it can spare editors and admins a lot of time if they have to file or evaluate a user check. It can neither prove or disprove sockpuppetry but may help to evaluate it faster. In some cases it won't help at all, in some it might indicate sockpuppetry and in some it might show that it is unlikely.
