Template:Starbox astrometry experimental
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
| Astrometry |
|---|
Syntax for this template is as follows:

This template is similar to the Starbox astrometry template, except that if the parallax is given and the distance is not, the distance is automatically computed from the parallax, and, if the error in the parallax is given, a distance error is computed from this error. The distance may still be specified separately; this would be useful if, e.g., the distance were known from some non-parallactic source. If neither a parallax nor distance is specified, no distance line is displayed.
Like most of the other Starbox templates, this template should be used after the Starbox begin template. This template can also be preceded or followed by other Starbox templates:
- Starbox image
- Starbox observe
- Starbox character
- Starbox visbin
- Starbox detail
- Starbox catalog
The list should then be closed with a Starbox end template.
Here is an example:

Starbox end
