I don't know how much you want to believe this article: [1], but there it claims that the amount paid was considerably smaller than the common figures ($10-12 million). The Stones (the article claims) leaked the large figure in order to set a price for future song licensing deals. Richard W.M. Jones 17:48, 26 August 2006 (UTC)
