[edit] Final?

I'm not sure #348 is the final issue since I read a listing for #350. - R.G. 03:08, 14 September 2006 (UTC)

Starlog is definitely still published; I don't know where that rumor started. As I write this, issue #350 is on the newsstands, #351 is advertised on the Starlog Web site, and #352 is announced in Previews magazine. --JZ 17 September 2006

Although I haven't personally bought an issue since the magazine crested the $10 Cdn. cover price threshold (that was about 5-6 years ago) the magazine is definitely still being published as far as I've heard. It's a mainstay of the SF fandom community; if it ever gets cancelled, that'll be big news. 23skidoo 01:07, 18 September 2006 (UTC)
Starlog has nothing to do with science fiction fandom. Some of us tolerate it, some consider it an embarassment. --Orange Mike 15:54, 27 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Retail

10 years ago, there was a Starlog retail store at Underground Atlanta (it's no longer there, BTW). Were there other retail locations, and any kind of a source that could be cited? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.23.211.225 (talk) 14:16, August 27, 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Starlog1.jpg

Image:Starlog1.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
