[edit] Starfleet predates the UFP
Doesnt starfleet predate UFP? After all the Enterprise (NX-01) was not a federation vessel. -- Cat chi? 14:01, 20 July 2006 (UTC)
According to Enterprise, Earth Starfleet and the Federation Starfleet are not the same organization. Earth Starfleet (and it's academy) presumably was merged into a new Federation Starfleet when the UFP was founded.Gotham23 05:13, 22 September 2006 (UTC)
