[edit] Fools and Idiots

I have removed the following piece:

In 2006 Govorukhin as one of leaders of "Edinaya Rossiya" party said that Russian people are fools and idiots.

The quote is misrepresented. According to the source Govorukhin said that There are so many fools in Perm Krai that they might vote for the Party Union of the Right Forces even without the administrative resource. Obviously he did not name the whole Russian People fools but some Perm electors. Secondly, there is no references to the whole speech and Gzt.ru is an internet publication without fact checking department or a reputation to be a WP:RS. Alex Bakharev 09:31, 7 December 2006 (UTC)
