States headed by Elizabeth II

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In her 56 years on the throne, Queen Elizabeth II has been head of state for a total of thirty-three countries. Those that presently have her as sovereign, known as Commonwealth realms, are shown in light green. The other states eventually dissolved their monarchies and moved to a republican system of government, though still remaining in the Commonwealth of Nations and recognizing Elizabeth II as head of such.
