State of Emergency is the upcoming album from comedian Bill Cosby. It is scheduled for release in May 2008. It is his first hip-hop album, dealing with serious issues such as taking drugs, high school dropouts, and the issue of unsafe sex.[1]
Cosby stated in an interview on April 15th, 2008, that he would not be rhyming on the album, but it would feature other artists.
