Startaffinity
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Startaffinity is a executable designed by Adsci for Windows Xp and earlier that sets processes (with user permission control) to be switched to a core of your choosing upon start up. It can be used to switch a CPU intensive process to a separate core of its own, increasing the speed, or to manage/run programs that are not multi-threaded better.
