Starstreet Precinct
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Starstreet Precinct (星街小區), centred around Three Pacific Place and comprising mainly Star Street, Moon Street, Sun Street, and Wing Fung Street, is a neighborhood in Hong Kong/
Back in the 1900s, it was the location of Hong Kong Electric’s power plant in Wan Chai. Today, the precinct has evolved into an emerging dining area with strong artistic overtones, all thanks to a group of creative talents, designers and free-thinking restaurateurs who have filled the area with cafes restaurants, bars, galleries, florists and home design outlets.
Together with a landscaped environment and a Three Pacific Place Link connecting the precinct to the rest of the Pacific Place complex, these shops have significantly improved the region's economic prospects.

[edit] Starstreet Artchive
Starstreet makes an effort to encourage arts appreciation through bringing in various art events and exhibitions regularly. As part of its commitment to support arts development, and out of respect for the unique culture of the Starstreet community, Swire Properties also launched the Starstreet Artchive programme to offer more opportunities for artists to exhibit their works. Starstreet Artchive enables artists to reach the public in interactive and user-friendly ways, and empowers the public to reach for the stars.
[edit] Three Pacific Place Link
To offer a convenient access to the Starstreet Precinct, Three Pacific Place Link which connects the Starstreet Precinct with the Pacific Place complex and MTR Admiralty Station was completed in 2007.
