Stanley McMurtry

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Stanley McMurtry (born 4 May 1936)[1], often referred to as Mac, is a British cartoonist. McMurtry is perhaps most famous for his work, since 1970, for British newspaper The Daily Mail.[2]

McMurtry's work is essentially apolitical [1]and he views his role as making "dreary news copy of the daily paper brighter, by putting in a laugh".[3]
