Stanislas Kanengele-Yondjo is a refugee from the Democratic Republic of Congo serving a prison sentence in Australia for knowingly infecting his sexual partners with HIV.
In December, 2005 he was sentenced to twelve years imprisonment, the longest ever sentence for a crime of this nature in Australia.
