Standard Aero is a leading independent provider of aftermarket maintenance, repair and overhaul services primarily for gas turbine engines used for military, regional and business aircraft. It is headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

It has over 2,500 employees in six different countries, with main operations located in the United States, Canada , Netherlands, Singapore, and Australia. Besides the headquarters in Winnipeg Standard Aero's main locations are in Maryville, Tennessee and San Antonio, Texas, both in the United States and Tilburg, Netherlands.

Dubai Aerospace, the new Gulf government owned business, has bought Standard Aero Holdings Inc. from Carlyle Group.
