"Stand Out" is a song from A Goofy Movie and is used throughout a majority of the movie, namely near the beginning when Max lip-syncs it on stage to impress Roxanne. It is performed by the rock star character, Powerline, voiced by Tevin Campbell, an R&B singer who had a few hit albums in the 90s. Campbell sang another song for the same soundtrack, titled "I 2 I".
