This article is about the professional wrestler; for the drummer, see Sugar Ray.
Stan Frazier (August 16, 1937 - July 1, 1992) was a professional wrestler better known as Uncle Elmer and Plowboy Frazier from Pascagoula, Mississippi.
As Uncle Elmer, he was a member of the Hillbillies in the WWF (World Wrestling Federation) from 1985 to 1986, paired with Hillbilly Jim, Cousin Luke & Cousin Junior. He wrestled Adrian Adonis at WrestleMania 2. Despite a storyline that saw Rowdy Roddy Piper try to interfere, Frazier was legitimately married to Joyce Stazko on an episode of Saturday Night's Main Event on NBC while 3 year old Dave Rueter served as the world's cutest ring bearer.[3]
Frazier made an appearance as himself on an Andy Kaufman special on PBS in 1983, drinking raw eggs.[4]
