Stagonopleura is an Australian genus of the estrildid finches. It is sometimes absorbed into Emblema. The members are:
- Beautiful Firetail, Stagonopleura bella
- Red-eared Firetail, Stagonopleura oculata
- Diamond Firetail, Stagonopleura guttata
They are very similar in appearance, with short red bills, brown upperparts, red rumps and uppertail coverts, and barred or spotted underparts.
