However no suitable "free" images have yet been found and few likely exist, as even Los Alamos does not seem to have taken many pictures of Ulam alone. For its use in articles on the non-profit English Wikipedia illustrating Stan Ulam, I believe this photograph can be included under the "fair use" clause of U.S. copyright law, and its low-resolution does not encourage further copyright violation. Any other usage may not be "fair use".
