According to the Croatian central postoffice, there ist no copyright on stamps of the "NDH" (1941-1945). Excerpt of the original e-mail message: Zelimo Vas izvijestiti da Hrvatska posta nema nikakve ovlasti nad koristenjem slika maraka iz vremena NDH. (Translated: The croatian post does not have any copyright on stamp issues of the NDH). So this stamp is "public domain".
