[edit] Do we really need this page?

Does this page really need to exist? It describes a "former village" which is now a suburb of St Albans. If that's all that can be said about it, I don't think it's notable enough to deserve its own page. And how does St Stephens relate to the nearby St Stephen, Hertfordshire? --David Edgar 17:53, 11 January 2007 (UTC)
