St John's RC High School is a Roman Catholic Secondary School in Dundee, Scotland. It was founded early in the 20th century by The Marist Brothers, a group of monks dedicated to the Virgin Mary. The school has 8 houses named after abbeys in Scotland, they are: Balmerino, Melrose, Jedburgh, Lindores, Paisley, Kelso, Iona and Dunkeld.
The current rector of the school is Mr George Haggarty.
It recently underwent extreme renovation with several buildings being demolished and a new one being erected. The new building boasts Dundee's largest swimming pool, a full fitness gym, a dancing studio and a self sufficient drama/performance space.
