St David's School is a Roman Catholic Technology College in the diocese of Middlesbrough, specialising in Mathematics, Science, Design Technology and ICT , it is expected to combined with st.Mary school , also in middlesbrough at around the year 2009 . The school was awarded Technology College status in July 2002 and this was renewed for a further four years in 2007. The school intends to develop into a Technology College Centre of Excellence. It is also one of very few schools to offer a construction course .
