Emily Rose Koecher: What about her? I notice that this linki red-lines--is a Wiki article forthcoming?
Emily Rose Koechers' link is still a redline, and is off-format; i did a google and found that she seems to be a high-school senior in St. Crrix falls, but found nothing notable or anything at all other than that about her. I suspect that this is some manner of local shout-out; not amounting to vandalism but also not meeting any purpose Wikipedia was designed for. I am removing Emily Rose catcher from the Notable Persons.
