[edit] NPOV

This article is written from quite unencylopedically and from the POV of the university. Examples:

  • "a wonderful and diverse community of students" - wonderful community? who says so?
  • "no rational minded people even concerned themselves with those protestors."
  • "When it comes to undergraduate studies, SCSU offers an unparalleled plethora of classes" - I could find you many universities with more diverse classes.
  • "Although our homecoming elections and student government leave something to be desired sometimes according to the silent majority of the campus" - if they are silent, how do you know?

There are a few more such problems. - Marcika 02:04, 8 Apr 2005 (UTC)

This had (and still has) a very heavy POV. I offered a little bit of my thoughts on how to edit this up a little. --69.174.146.25 19:02, 9 Apr 2005 (UTC)

This was awful. I rewrote it. For such a large school there should be more information here, but that's for someone else to do. :-) - Rjhatl 02:56, 10 Apr 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Too listy

Too many lists and bullet points are present. They should converted to prose, to at least make a decent article. ~ UBeR 12:32, 9 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] The Logo

Is there any explanation as to why SCSU basically uses the Montreal Canadiens logo for their sports teams? 75.15.13.128 (talk) 15:03, 12 January 2008 (UTC)

Which was established first? ;-) ~ UBeR (talk) 00:16, 26 April 2008 (UTC)
