[edit] Copyright violations
Large swaths of the history section recently added by User:Northern99 seem to be lifted verbatim from the history pages on www.st-charles.il.us [1][2]. It definitely needs to be rewritten to remove this plagiarism.
Note, by the way, that simply adding citations to the place you copied from is not enough. It's still plagiarism (not to mention a possible copyright violation) to simply copy sentences verbatim from another source if you don't enclose them in quotation marks, even if you cite the source you are plagiarizing.

- I deleted the article and undeleted the untainted versions. The text in question was added in blocks but not all in one place, and it was difficult to weed out the good from the not-good. I think I've removed all of it; if not, and I missed a spot, simply remove it yourself and leave a good edit summary in explanation. Thanks for reporting it to WP:CP.
