Each year, a small but dedicated group of enthusiasts flock to the sign on Park St. in the Jungle Prada section of St. Petersburg, FL. They take this time to remember Pánfilo de Narváez and his many adventures and mishaps. The festival typically culminates with the tradition of eating many tacos at Carmelita's, a local Mexican restaurant.
