The School's principal is Mr Martin Oates, who replaced the previous principal Mr Croft in the latter half of 2006. The School contains a Head of School for each section of its environment: Primary (Mrs Susan Wilson), Middle (Mrs Jane Goddard) and Senior (Mr Russell Deer).

St Luke's Anglican School has been famous for its cultural achievements. Some of its past students have gone on to be in orchestras and tour with professional stage acts.
