St. Ishmael's (Welsh: Llanisan yn Rhos) is a village, parish, community and ward close to the harbour of Milford Haven in Pembrokeshire, Wales.

The community comprises most of the parish of St. Ishmael's and had a population of 490 at the 2001 census. The ward includes the communities of Herbrandston, Dale and Marloes and St. Brides, and had a population of 1406 in 2001, with 13.6% Welsh speakers. There were only 3.8% Welsh speakers in 1891 and 1901.

The parish church of the local Saint Ismael is outside the village, hidden in a small valley near the Haven51.71728° N 5.14267° W. In the Age of the Saints, it may have been the seat of the bishop of the cantref of Rhos[1]. With the Norman conquest, St. Ishmael's became part of the Lordship of Haverfordwest and, as part of Little England beyond Wales, has been English-speaking ever since.
