St. Ambrose Cathedral is the Cathedral parish of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Des Moines, located in Des Moines, Iowa. The Cathedral is located at 607 High Street in Des Moines, near the center of the city. The See of Des Moines is currently vacant, and the rector of the Cathedral is Father John Bertogli.
