The SRT Red Lines is a planned elevated metro system in Bangkok, Thailand. The lines will be operated by the State Railway of Thailand or SRT. Their are two lines planned, the first one from Bangsue to Rangsit and a second one from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Taling Chan. A part of the second line is already under contruction for the Suvarnabhumi Airport Railway Link. The construction will start in october 2008 and is expected to finish by 2012. The price tag of the first line running from Bangsue to Rangsit will be 59 billion Baht.

Bangkok has also two other transit systems the Bangkok Skytrain and the Bangkok Metro.
