I would not propose move for Theodosius I, II, or III, John Tzimisces, Artabasdos, Tiberios III, Constans II, Phokas, Justinian I or II, but am open to persuasion on any of them. I don't know about Basil I or II or Anastasios I or II. I think the Basils nicknames are famous enough to warrant it, but they are also famous enough by just their numerals. I hate the "(emperor)" form of disambiguation, but the nickname for A. I is rare and A. II has none. I don't know about Constantine IV, since he has a nickname that is in fact an error. I do like consistency with the other Constantines, though.
