Sremska sausage is one of the best known sausages from former Yugoslavia, Serbia. It has its origin in the Serbian area of Srem. It is the mixture of beef and pork meat spiced with paprika, black pepper, salt and secret spices. It is slightly smoked, medium grind with an extraordinary flavor you probably never experienced. It great for different cooking or in sandwiches.[1]
