Crown Estate Manging Agents

The managing agents of the Crown Estate urban residential estates frequently breach the Crown Estate tenancy service standards of conduct, however the senior commisioners will never acknowledge any misconduct by their agents nor of their harrassment of tenants. Any formal complaints elevated via the bureaucratic internal process/(private kangaroo court), will all be denied.
They ignore statutory Housing Act items requiring landlords to give 24 hours notice for visits to inspect premises. Anyone considering renting a Crown Estate flat shold be warned that the managing agents will not issue you with rent statements.
Make sure you keep records of all transactions with staff! Their probity is dubious and also do not expect any (statuory), integrity, fairness, courtesy or respect... instead, expect to be treated like a prison inmate.
Expect to have your character defamed if you make any formal complaint - and expect that you will be accused of the formal complaint as being "harrassment" to staff. The organised bureaucracy/(bullying), will ensure that they will get away with making your life a complete misery because the rents are higher than any other housing association or local authority rent - (despite being "subsidised")
You will never be able to find a willing party to swap your flat, (for which there are no rights to buy). The managing agents will seek to change the tenancy status with the new tenant, which will enable them to annually increase rents further....
Welcome to Stalag Crown Estate!!! - Do not let the neat herbaceous borders fool you, the night-time dog patrols are there not just to keep people out - they do not want you escaping.
Be prepared not just to pay rent, but to pay for housing with your will to live!

ENVIRONMENTAL STEWARDS

The Crown Estate pose as "Environmental Stewards" - They are hypocrites.... As long as we rely on these venal commercial nazis to look after environments that they do not live in - and which do not even belong to them either, the UK public can bank on climate change progressing to the point where there is no longer sustainablilty or quality of life. The Crown Estate precious profits, (supposedly for taxpayers benefit & fulfilling their dominant "value" of "commercialism"), will become completely impotent in the face of the passive destruction of our environment.
Take note Roger Bright & board - 'Too little too late will' is the venom you will sting yourselves with - and your massive salaries and little donations to public charities will not save you either....
Our only comfort is in the fact that the destruction of this world will include those responsible for it's ruination.
(Foretold by Ezekiel 7:19, Zephaniah 1:18, Revelations of John 11:8... Maybe the Crown Estate bretheren have a bible in that temple with the chequered floor where they all have to wear aprons in their silly secret meetings).
