[edit] Prior to unblocking

Please make sure (click the TOR Check link) the IP is no longer reading as a TOR proxy before unblocking. There are a few false positives etc in the list. Neıl ☎ 12:34, 5 February 2008 (UTC)

I found this interesting, maybe someone else out there would, too :) (I have no idea why the one is blank)

Admins that set blocks on users who's pages are tagged with {{tor}}, which, are still TOR nodes, values are numbers of blocks
