Proposed change
I stand by Jayjg's question: what is the change? Is it one based on one of David Cole's criticisms? Very well then. So can you find a reliable source making that criticism? WilliamH (talk) 14:55, 27 May 2008 (UTC)
the source is the interview with phil donahue back in the early 1990's. Spoilermdc (talk) 14:58, 27 May 2008 (UTC)
- What is the point of contention? With which reliable sources can the point(s) be verified with? WilliamH (talk) 16:11, 27 May 2008 (UTC)
what reliable source? your eyes. your ears. watch the interview with bradley smith and david cole and you will see what i am talking about. the claim of homicidal gas chambers has been debunked. there is simply no physical evidence of one person being killed in a gas chamber. and again, if this historical even is so true, then why are there people in prison for voicing a different opinion? sorry if that is being "soapboxy" but it is a legit question. could you imagine someone in america being put in prison for saying that george washington was not the first american president? people who believe the holocaust myth do so because they WANT to, not because it is supported by fact. Spoilermdc (talk) 07:50, 29 May 2008 (UTC)
what have i vandalized? what abuse have i committed? i have a different opinoin on an historical issue. i think the article should be changed. Spoilermdc (talk) 14:35, 1 June 2008 (UTC)
- Speaking as a third party (i.e. not the person who blocked you), you have been asked several times to present your points with reliable sources, by me included. Since you are evidently unable to do so, your "different belief" constitutes original research, something which is not allowed here. Wikipedia is not the publisher of original thought. We would gladly collaborate with those providing reliable sources, but our volunteers are not at liberty to endlessly appease your different mindset. WilliamH (talk) 16:19, 1 June 2008 (UTC)
i'll tell you what i think. i think that you people at wikipedia are the most closed-minded people in the world. i have a different view of the holocaust. for my views i could go to jail in some countries in europe. i have offered a source for my views and you people dont like it. i have asked responsible questions, and you people dont like it. "be bold" it says, but god help you if you are. the holocaust is an elaborate bunch of lies and exadgerrations. the claim of six million is an irresponsible and unfounded exadgerration. that has been proven. and there are people who are willing to engage in open debate on the issue and you people lable them as "deniers". you have to revert to name calling because you cant rebut the legitimate questions asked by these legitimate researchers. none of you were in germany or poland during world war 2. neither was i. so i have to look at all angles of the issue if i am ever going to be able to make a determination about an historical event. but in a lot of cases, open debate and discussion are not allowed. and wikipedia is no exception. you are a bunch of propagandists, not objective contributors. you are biased towards the Jewish victims of world war 2. and in my opinion that makes you no better than the Nazi's themselves in the sense of their additudes. if you are biased for one group, you are against another. you are using wikipedia to sell a lie and that isnt right. and that doesnt make me anything other than a keen observer.
