- Except that several of the teams listed on the article (including the Pistons) actually play in the suburbs and not in Detroit, so if taken in a literal sense, those teams couldn't be included in an article about "Sports in Detroit".--Bobblehead (rants) 18:40, 25 July 2007 (UTC)
- Except that in most cities, the list covers the teams in the area and not the city proper. This appears to be the exception to the rule.Vegaswikian 20:34, 25 July 2007 (UTC)
- Good point. :) I hadn't looked at the other articles for "Sports in X" close enough to notice they covered the region as well as the city. I was basing it more on the turf wars over whether teams in Anaheim should be included in the LA article and rapid deletion of non-Seattle teams from the Sports in Seattle article.--Bobblehead (rants) 20:45, 25 July 2007 (UTC)
