The amount of information on Open Source CRMs is hard to find on the web, thus the level of detail here is very useful. It combines resources from search-obscure sites. Perhaps rather than deletion all of this information should be merged into a single "open source CRM" article? I'm not advocating including irrelevant information, the article was just very useful to me!
