[edit] Baharat

Need new article about baharat or bahar (بهار), a Middle Eastern spice mixture from the Near East and the Gulf States, particularly in mutton dishes, containing allspice, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, etc. I suppose it's similar to advieh or garam masala.
