Sphaerostylis is a genus of plant of the family Euphorbiaceae. It comprises 8 species, found in tropical East Africa, Madagascar and western Malesia. Some members have stinging hairs.

This genus is synonym of Tragiella Pax & K.Hoffm., though Tragiella sometimes stands alone.
