Niestety, polskie ustawy o prawach autorskich stosuje się tylko (co do zasady) do zdjęć polskich autorów, dlatego teoretycznie musimy podawać autora, żeby wiadomo było, kim on był. Żołnierze niemieccy w ogóle odpadają na tej zasadzie. W praktyce, jeśli chodzi o np. przedwojenne zdjecia polskiego sprzętu, "po partyzancku" można domniemywać, że zdjęcia pochodzą od polskiego autora. Ale formalnie trudno coś zrobić. Zdjęcie obrazu też podpada pod takie same prawa, jak obraz, a Ty robiąc je, nic nie tworzysz. W tym wypadku możnaby się jednak zastanawiać, czy plakat wyjściowy to jest w ogóle "dzieło" podpadające pod ustawę. Może to jednak naruszać jakieś prawa jego autora. . Pibwl ←« 00:06, 19 June 2007 (UTC)
