Try reputable companies like Photon Technology International (PTI) known for their robust instruments high sensitivity and good service. ISS is a good company too, Horiba (JY or spex to some) is a Big company but their service is lacking and it tends to be a sell and run feeling. Varian INC, Perkin Elmer, Shimadzu, Hamamatsu, Edinburgh, and many others are out there. All of these companies compete in similar markets however the first 3 are your higher end instruments.
