I've amended the speed restrictions for heavy goods vehicles (although to be honest I'm not sure this page is the right page to go into details on such restrictions), but I also know there are varying restrictions on other vehicles (such as coaches and non-HGV towing vehicles) ... someone with more knowledge of these regulations needs to fill in the details.
