Speeddate

SpeedDate.com[1] is a free online speed dating site. The site was started by two Stanford graduates, Simon Tisminezky and Dan Abelon after they took an entreprenurship class at Stanford Business School co-taught by Eric Schmidt. Since the launch in late 2007, SpeedDate has hosted several million online SpeedDates. Within an hour, users meet up to 15 people using live video and instant messaging. SpeedDate also has applications on Facebook[2], Myspace[3], Bebo[4] and Meebo[5].
