Species Dysphoria is a condition in which someone feels they are meant to be some non-human creature (most likely an animal) as if they are "an animal trapped in a human body". It is in no way related to Clinical Lycanthropy, which is a disease in which someone believes they ARE that animal. It is better compared to Gender Dysphoria, a condition in which someone feels their physical gender is not their mental gender.
