SPCSUSA is a composite Case-Shiller index that tracks national housing prices in the United States. The index symbol is SPCSUSA. It is updated quarterly instead of monthly as with the other Case-Shiller indexs.

This index is traded as a forward OTC (over-the-counter), and not as a listed futures contract. The derivatives market views nationwide housing prices as expressed by this Case-Shiller index as substantially lower looking out three years.
