I have removed a number of "fair use" images from your user page, because fair use does not extend to the decoration of user pages. I have also removed a false copyright notice from your user page which indicated that all the copyrighted images thereon were fair-use logos. (You have a number of other copyrighted images on your user page which are neither fair-use nor logos, and besides, the {{logo}} template should be used only in the Image namespace.)
