He who is Austin, also written as He who is austiN, is the alter ego of Austin Peer.

The phrase "He who is Austin" is more than just a name, it is a title. It was created as another means of dealing with all of the personal issues of the actual Austin. Issues that all youths faced were becoming to much the Austin, so instead of turning to drugs and other means of dealing with such issues that most teenagers tried to resolve with, he changed who he was. This new version of Austin had the ability to deal with such issues. Issues being bullys, girls, friends, family, and life. He who is Austin found easy and benifical paths through life and these present issues, while maintaing a "cool guy" exterior. The outcome of He who is Austin was that Austin was more active with girls, and overly active with physical activies. He who is Austin had become disgusted with his present "Austin" body, he decided to have a regular daily exercise routine which involved running, lifting weights, participating in sports, and eating a strict diet. As his body changed to his desired appearence, he began to use his new looks to charm girls and using his new strengh to fight other boys.

The New and Improved He who is Austin is the point reached in He who is Austins life were he had come to realise what he had become. Austin had seen how he had manipulated girls and became more active in violent activites. The new and improved time came were a new mix of the two personalities had occured. While maintaining some of the desired qualities of He who is Austin and introducing some of the needed qualites of the past Austin, the new and improved He who is austiN came to be. He who is austiN, the change in spelling meaning the change in personality. The capital H, representing the presence of He who is; The capital N, representing the presence of Austin. The New and Improved He who is austiN maintaind the edge of the First He who is Austin, but now expressed more emotion, compation, and peacefull feelings now introduced by the Orginal Austin. He who is austiN was more easy going with not only females, but in confrontions with males.

Along the way He who is Austin had meet friends that would join him in his journeys. Allies that would be there for each other if needed. Each would assist as best they could in problems such as girlfriends, rival groups, and family issues.

The brothers in arms, would partake on all the treasures and pleasures of life, but would always keep each other involved in any promising outcome. These comrades became a close pack, they would hunt( search for girls), search for fights, and skateboard any chance they could.
