I have just seen that the subject of the article does not satisfy the notability guideline. As a new member to Wikipedia I would appreciate assistance on how this inadvertent problem can be remedied.
The Spatial Sciences Institute is a professional body (incorporated in 2003) with headquarters in Canberra, Australia. As of September, 2006 its membership was over 3,400 individual members throughout the Asia-Pacific region and growing strongly. Its membership demographics are predominately from the traditional surveying and the emerging spatial information (GIS) professions.
