Proposed renaming

Since we've merged SPARTAN-III with this article, I propose that we rename it to a general "SPARTAN Project" article. That'll also give us a place to stick SPARTAN-I and Project ORION information too. Peptuck 00:29, 15 November 2007 (UTC)

Let's call it somat along the lines of... SPARTAN Project or something, as the orions are also known as Spartan I's.OsirisV 15:10, 15 November 2007 (UTC)

Primary vs. third party sources

If all you've got is a lot of primary sources, take it to the Halo Wikia, or maybe Wikisource. I'd vote for this page to be deleted, or merged into a higher topical level article (Halo (series)#Story arc, for instance). Can I be Frank? (Talk to me!) 20:44, 15 November 2007 (UTC)

You need to give us a chance to work this out, the project has been doing its work trying to take some articles to GA, but we can't really attend all of the improvement requests at once, and as of late they are a lot since the franchise is on the spotlight, mostly people tagging articles and asking for cleanup on talk pages. If we can't find any out of universe information we merge, probably into the UNCS page, however this seems unlikely since we have merchandise, machinimia and other material to produce a rather big 'cultural impact' section. - Caribbean~H.Q. 02:23, 16 November 2007 (UTC)
While I appreciate the work you guys are doing here, I still think this particular article, and perhaps 5-10 others in the same category, is kinda flimsy. Sectioning
