K-11 was a Soviet November-class Project 627 nuclear-powered submarine that had at least two reactor accidents, perhaps three.

Sources[who?] indicate a reactor accident on October 13, 1960, and on February 7 and February 12, 1965. The (first) reactor compartment holding two reactor plants was removed and sunk into Abrosimova Bay in the Kara Sea in 1965 or 1966. A new reactor compartment was installed and the boat continued to operate. It was lost on April 11, 1970.[citation needed]

Commissioned: August 31, 1960. Stricken in 1970.
